  • Half of All Dog Bite Victims are Children
    LOS ANGELES — Of the 4.7 million Americans bitten by dogs annually, more than half are children, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The U.S. Postal Service, the medical community, veterinarians and the insurance industry are working together to educate the public that dog bites are avoidable.

Learn how to make your PCC better known and increase membership by joining your local Chamber of Commerce. By being a member it gives you the opportunity to make contacts through the many and varied networking events. Your local Chamber holds the potential for cultivating new and current unlimited business contacts. By attending just one event per month, you also have the opportunity to make over 1,000 contacts per year. With The Chamber you have access to the most powerful, successful, and influential business people in the entire local area. More contacts equals more referrals which equals more new business members. In addition we send out a welcome letter to each new chamber who joins The Chamber explaining What is the Manasota Postal Customer Council represents. What is our mission. How do you become a member of Manasota PCC? We list our Executive Board Members with telephone numbers and emails, along with our website. We add the new chamber members to our mailing list for educational seminars and visit new members when requested. We are members of Manatee and Sarasota Chamber of Commerce.
